After students discover their personal value, Element3sity gives them the opportunity to create value for others.
Students develop transferrable competencies by working with local organizations. Each student meets regularly with a coach to ensure they are fully developing and discovering how to operate in their element.
- Bizternships are Element3sixty’s unique version of internships. Based on student’s individual strengths and interests, we arrange students in small teams of five or six. Each team has a personal coach to provide support, mentoring, and advice as the team works in business settings. Teams work on specific projects, which align with their passions, for both for- and non-profit organizations around Atlanta. Examples of projects include developing a marketing plan, conducting market research, preparing financial strategy, and evaluating organizational processes.
- Apprenticeships and informational interviews provide students with the opportunity to experience the day in the life of a career they are interested in learning more about. We connect students with professionals who work in an area they are passionate or curious about, giving them the chance to shadow or interview in a specific field of work.
- Internships provide students with project-based experiences to apply their knowledge in real life settings and gain new business skills.
- Business Leaders Panel Discussions are held once a month and are an opportunity for students to network and connect with leaders in various fields.
